This site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
No analytics and no tracking
There are no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no session recording, no advertising tags, no fingerprinting, and no A/B testing tools. We do not know who visits, how often, or where from, and we have chosen not to find out.
No third-party requests
Every asset on this page — fonts, images, icons, styles and scripts — is served from this domain. There are no content delivery networks, no Google Fonts, no embedded video, and no social widgets. Loading this page does not cause your browser to contact any company other than the one hosting it. You are welcome to confirm that in your browser's network inspector; the page is a single file and it is all readable.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare handles the network request that delivers the page to you, and keeps standard short-lived operational logs — the kind every server keeps, such as an IP address and a browser user-agent string — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Those logs belong to that infrastructure layer. We do not query them, export them, or build any record of visitors from them.
If you contact us
The briefing form does not send anything to a server
When you fill in the form and press the button, nothing is transmitted to us or to anyone else. The page simply opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, addressed to contact@mindwave.ae. You can read it, change it, or close it without sending. Nothing leaves your device until you press send yourself, in your own mail client. There is no form backend, no submission database, and no third-party form service in between.
What we do with your message
We read it and we reply to it. Your name, address, and whatever you chose to tell us are used to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to engage us, to carry out the work. That is all. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no newsletter to be added to.
What we never do with it
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your details with advertisers, data brokers, lead-generation services, or partners. The only circumstance in which we would disclose anything is where we are legally compelled to.
How long we keep it
For as long as there is a live conversation or an ongoing engagement, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records. Beyond that we delete it. If you would like your correspondence deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.
Your rights over it
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to contact@mindwave.ae and a person will answer. We do not require you to prove a legal basis for asking.
Systems we deploy for you
This is the part that matters most, and it is the reason the company exists.
Your data stays on your hardware
A MindWave deployment runs on equipment you own, on your premises, on your network. Your conversations, your documents, and the files you work with are stored on that machine. They are not replicated to us, to a cloud service, or to a model provider. There is no MindWave account behind it and no tenancy in someone else's data centre.
We have no standing access
We do not hold a permanent connection into a deployed system. Where you want us to provide support or maintenance, access is granted by you, for a stated purpose, for a defined period, and can be withdrawn by you at any time without our cooperation. The keys are yours.
Nothing is sent back to us
We do not collect telemetry, usage statistics, prompt logs, or training data from deployed systems. Your use of the system is not visible to us, and nothing you or your household or your firm puts into it is ever used to train a model.
The one honest exception: optional web search
If you switch on the optional web-search capability, then searching the web necessarily means contacting the web. The specific query you submit is sent out in order to fetch results, exactly as it would be if you typed it into a search engine yourself. Your documents, your conversation history, and your files are not sent — only the search terms for that one request. This capability can be turned off entirely, and in some deployments we recommend exactly that.
We would rather state that plainly than claim an absolute that isn't true. If a supplier tells you nothing ever leaves the box while also offering live web search, one of the two statements is doing some work.
Changes to this page
If any of the above changes, we will change this page and update the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden it.
